Did not stay. Host was not responsive. I checked in late on a Saturday night. Heat wouldn’t come on. Host was not responsive. VRBO was unable to get assistance. I left a message on a voice mail. Again no response that night. Instructions provided were not explicit enough. Also, numerous lamps and the TV were not plugged in. After 2 hours attempting to get assistance I left the property and stayed else where. When ever I reached out to the host (bnbhost) I was told to talk to VRBO. When I reached out to VRBO they told me I needed to talk to the host. Did not create an environment that supported the customer.
