Hotel seems nice until you make it to the room the bed is one of the worst i have slept in hard on your back could hardly get any rest. There was a large gap in the front door where you can see through people outide the room can see inside because the gap in the front door was that big. The light comes in from the hallway so it adds to being unable to rest. The bed frames are so bad an old that you cant get out of bed without making alot of noise and feels like it is about to break. The bathroom must have had a leak from the room directly above because you can see the unfinished repair job. The room next door had an alarm that was constantly going off at night good luck getting rest will never stay at those properties again. No sleep, too loud uncomfortable.

When I booked this reservation, it was the night before we were to stay there. Your site said we could cancel at anytime. I read it twice, not specification on a time limit. The next day we were rerouted due to work requirements and sent a message to cancel the reservation. We were fully charged for this reservation that we didn't use. What recourse do we have??? Your site said we could cancel any time, which we assumed was because it was booked within 24 hours of check-in. Tell me how to get a refund, please.
