We wanted a quiet location that was still close to Glenwood Springs and this was perfect. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We even saw turkeys and mule deer in the yard and the stargazing was great!

The stay was pleasant! Even with the fans that are provided it stayed extremely hot in the place the living room fan can only be ran on low because it hits the ceiling and makes an awful noise!

Wonder stay. Clean, modern and excellent furniture, appliances, etc. Far enough out of town for privacy, but close enough to access local restaurants, etc. Being able to use the garage was very helpful, we were able to leave our bikes attached to the car. Only caution would be for handicapped or elderly, there is a fairly long stairway up to the appartment. We loved the whole stay.

The principal omission of the on-line advertisement is the unsuitability of this place in warm weather. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING, the single swamp cooler is inadequate to cool the unit, and is located directly behind and contiguous to the bed, such that a cold breeze starts inches away from the tenant's head. Further: there are 2 TVs, neither of which worked; the "fireplace" is an electronic image of a fireplace. We left a day early. Requests for an adjustment in rent went unanswered. An irresponsible landlord.

Good Location

We enjoyed our stay here! The home was comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. The house is beside a stream and we saw a fox every night, and a bear one night. The owner of the property told us his secret location to get a beautiful view of Mt. Sopris. For a couple or small family (no more than 2 kids) this place is perfect! I highly recommend it if you are staying in the area.

Newlywed Getaway

My wife and I stayed at this property a few days after getting married and it was just what we needed to unwind after the stresses of planning a wedding. It was secluded enough that we could relax without the bustle of town right outside the door, but close enough to town that it wasn't inconvenient to to make a trip in to town. Everything was clean and presented nicely. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Glenwood Springs.

Absolutely beautiful location

Came to Glenwood for a wedding. Needed a place with an oven good enough to bake cupcakes for the event. The kitchen is well stocked and actually roomy. The layout is cute and modern. We would stay again.

Mini Babymoon

Took the family to Glenwood for a mini babymoon before our third, and last baby arrives. Loved the remoteness of this property, yet close enough to Glenwood, that when we had to run to town for a couple of last minute things we were able to get there in a few minutes. The kids loved seeing the mule deer and wild turkeys! We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Perfect peaceful mountain getaway

Stayed here one adult 2 children in June. We loved it! Was perfect distance about 10 minutes from the busy downtown so could easily get an everywhere. But so nice to be in a more secluded location. Loved waking up to the peace and beauty of the 360 Mountain View’s. The barn was the cutest
.so nice inside and outside. Had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinners there and relax in the evenings. Comfortable king bed and pull out couch for kids. Would highly recommend and love to come back one day

Not what was advertised

Swamp cooler was supposed to be set up in mid-May for the Master bdr. It wasn't and was no where to be found. Contacted property manager and they couldn't send over the handy man the night we got there. We opened the windows, turned on the two ceiling fans and turned off most of the lights (bulbs were not LEDs so they gave off heat!) and tried to get it to cool off. Next problem, which wasn't listed in the listed is the property's proximity to a highway. Traffic raced by most of the night so with the windows open, it was very loud. We were supposed to be able to park a vehicle in the garage but couldn't because the owner was storing their's in there for the summer. Prop Mgr wanted to send handyman out the next day, but our schedule was packed and we didn't want them there with our stuff and us not be there. So Prop Mgr said to close windows & blinds and leave fans on while we were gone. Helped some, BUT the kitchen blinds wouldn't lower (big window) so that let a lot of heat in. So, 2nd night much like the first. We left early in the morning to avoid the heat and headed home. No outdoor furinture provided to sit outside to see the pretty views or get a breeze. The apartment was very clean and well stocked, so I wish we could have stood to be in it to enjoy it more, but it was too hot. VRBO doesn't provide the addresses to places until you pay. I wish I would have known the proximity to the highway. So much for a quiet getaway! Even if it was cooler, it was too loud!

Very Serene and Quiet

This was mine and my husbands 1st Anniversary and were looking for a nice quiet place. We went in October, so we had beauty of the changing colors. Being outside of the city limits is breathtaking at night with the stars. With us being in our 60s & 70s, it was great not having the hustle and bustle of night life and noise. I love Glenwood to begin with, this just made it that much more enjoyable.

Cute, Cozy, and Comfortable

This property is easy to find with its bright red color. Although it is not far from the country road, it is very quiet. The bed is comfortable, and the large L-shaped couch is great for relaxing and watching TV. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and pots and pans. This was our first VRBO experience, and we enjoyed it very much!
