Great price for a convenient location, walkable to downtown shops and Iron Mountain hot springs. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a nice added convenience that makes the price very reasonable. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The decor is definitely dated, but I would prefer that to a more updated facility that is 3x the price. Over all I would definitely recommend staying here.

The Silver Spruce was perfect for our purposes of staying over after enjoying the hot springs. It was clean, roomy and the staff was so friendly and helpful!
