The airprot shuttle service very useful for me and my family. The beds and pillows were very comfortable Unfortunately, I was not a fan of the very limited free breakfast. Also, the shampoo & hair conditioner dispensers were not handicapped friendly.

The building is a renovated old low rise hotel that was showing its age. The place is clean and there is a decent pool and restaurant on site. However, there isn’t much around the immediate area and I would only stay there again if I needed to be close to the airport.

We stayed here for 4 nights (before and after our time on Cape Breton Island). Mixed feelings. The staff are kind and very helpful, the location & shuttle service are a big plus. However, the hotel itself is run-down. Mold in the shower, gunky corners at every turn, peeling paint, etc. The indoor pool was pretty nasty: obvious water line and rust everywhere. (Also quite deep. Werenoth swimmers, but those with children should beware) The biggest issue: Housekeeping didn't come at ALL in 3 nights/days: they said due to drought, but that doesn't make sense. We had to take our own garbage to the hall for pickup and needed to ask for another towel after I used one to scrub the black mold in the shower. I'm assuming they are understaffed and concentrating on the rooms of those checking out, but not great for those of us who stayed multiple nights. The free breakfast is fine, but geberates a tremendous amount of garbage: all mini- containers and disposable plates. Rather odd, since there's a restaurant in the same room later in the day. The restaurant "Hidden Gem" has a good selection of sandwiches, burers, etc. Large portions.

It was ok - for the price

Main issue was staff. They were not very helpful. However the family room we booked was great for our family of 5. We had lots of room. However the hotel is dated. But for the cost it was good. The staff at the restaurant how ever was absolutly lovely. The games room attached to the restaurant was great. Breakfast selection is not the best . Probably the top 3 worst buffet selections we have had. Had to purchase our daughter’s breakfast elsewhere due to selection. Other than that we would stay again. Just wish the staff at the desk would be more helpful with questions and not act like I was bothering them. Pool down stairs also had very very limited towels both nights we were there so I would say bringing towels with you before you go down even when we went to tell them there was no towels they brought down 5 for a pool that had several family’s using it .

Great option for staying and parking near the airport affordably. For families they have a suite that accommodates up to 6 people I believe which was quite convenient for us. The property is tired and I’m not sure about the rest of the building but our room was not updated at all. The carpets and cleanliness of the floors in the common areas wasn’t great. Our room was clean and quiet and the complimentary breakfast and shuttle were awesome. Would definitely stay again.

It’s really a motel rather than a hotel. It’s pretty run down and the bathroom situation was odd. Won’t be staying here again. Besides being super close to the airport there’s really no positives.
