The apartment was really nice and had fantastic views. I woke up every morning and saw whales breaching in the far distance, which was very exciting. It is currently whale season. Binocular wouod be great to take. They were mostly far out but it was super exciting. Out the lounge room window, you could see the river. The accommodation was about 1 minute walk to the beach. There was a tram stop really close to the accommodation, which took you up to Cavill Ave, which is where Woolworths was. It only cost 10 cents to catch the tram. It was great for bringing my shopping back to the apartment, or just to save time. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The kitchen was well stocked, with everything you needed. I was really impressed with the accommodation and definitely would stay there again. Because of the tram line and the tram stop being next to the apartment, the location was perfect. It is about a 8 minute walk to Cavill Ave, and just a 1 minute tram ride.

Overall the property is OK! The price is up there for a property not that handy to popular locations. Photos on Website are deceiving,the views are likely taken from the penthouse and with colour enhancement.Very full building with owner occupiers, you spend a lot of time waiting on the lifts.Nobody uses the pool as it’s in a wind trap and shaded area . Much better value for money in other Hotels and also better views than concrete apartments surrounding you. Friendly reception staff and well laid out apartments.

The location is very convenient, just a short walk to Cavill Avenue, which is the heart of Surfers Paradise. The staff communication was excellent—they were very prompt in responding to any questions. While the apartment itself is a bit outdated and the cleanliness was average, overall, we had a pleasant experience staying here.

The 2 bedroom unit was immense three bathrooms with lovely deck area with big dining setting overlooking the sea. The waves crashing at night are very comforting

the bed corners are dangerous, got hit a couple of times. kitchen items need to be updated, ie mismatched and missing cooking utensils.

The photos were accurate; it was very spacious and very well appointed. The little things were great - like plenty of coat hangers and the kitchen had a good array of equipment. Extra blankets was also helpful as it was particularly cold when we were there. The view was good - as described in the pictures. Location was outstanding - so close to the tram. Overall it was a great play to stay and I would recommend it and gladly stay there again.

The kitchen, bathrooms, and beds are clean. However, they don't have quilts and only had blankets in the wardrobe. Both the blankets were quite dirty with hairs (a lot) and dusts on. They were not cleaned/ replaced apparently. Property is quite run down. Door handles are loose and drawers in a wardrobe have all handles surface (plastic?) chipped. Many spots are visually unpleasant if you pay attention - such as stains on cabinetry or dusts collected at corners. We even found a used whisky bottle behind the sofa.... No replenishment of shower gels etc, even we stayed for 3 nights. The location is close to the beach but there are no Woollies or Coles nearby. OVerall... it is ok..
