Sehr schwach

Die Preisleistung stimmt leider nicht mit dem Service überein. Während drei Nächten wurde das Zimmer nicht gemacht, keine frischen Handtücher. Das Zimmer war schmudelig und das Sofa war kaputt. Für das Essen musste man Sich anstellen und Wartezeiten von einer Stunde in Kauf nehmen. Zu Silvester gab es keine Möglichkeit für ein Dinner, weil alles ausgebucht war. Das Personal musste während 7 tagen 17 Std. arbeiten.und war entsprechend übermüdet. Ich würde das Resrt.von der Liste der Island Resort streichen.
