Room was lovely. All staff were very friendly and helpful, smooth check in and check out. It’s a little further away from central Surfers, nearly 2km so bit of a walk, but close to the light rail. Only complaint was the room service food, had both breakfast and dinner. Neither were good. Burger was dry and chewy, a bit meh. Bacon was fatty and undercooked Pancakes for breakfast were ok, again, bacon was pretty sad.

Good hotel in good location but needs improvement

We stayed here before. The hotel is nice and any good location for this time it may have just been the particular room we are in 10.10 but the shower pressure was terrible and getting the right temperature was difficult. Also we only had access to Free to Air TV and the channel reception was average at best.
