It was unsual that no cleaning is done when you are there i stayed for four days i did not like it i had to empty the bin make my own bed and no linwn was changed after paying for the service.

Sadly, the motel was very rundown and dull compared to the photos shown on Expedia. The room and bathroom weren't very clean, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom, which meant it smelled muggy and steamed up often. We found tiny bugs in the room carpets. The latch on the room door was broken, which was unsettling. The lighting was nothing like the photos, as the room was very dark and gloomy. The location was nice and central/convenient, but that was the only positive.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The downfall is only the Wifi, we can’t connect and keep dropping off. Overall it’s a pleasant stay and won’t hesitate to come back in the future.

It was terrible the room looked nothing like the photos The toilet and bathroom are horrible and so tiny and uncomfortable to use. Too many stairs and no lift and we were not informed and nothing was mentioned when advertised. I wanted to cancel as soon as i got there but they said i cant and they offered no refund even no partial refund. Absolutely not recommended. Please dont trust the photos.

The room was clean and comfortable and it had all that we needed. The complex is an old one, but still functional and reasonable for the price. There is a tram out the front and plenty of shopping and dining opportunities within walking distance.

We only slept there didnt use pool or look around property. Though the motel itself was dated the room was exceptionally clean and had all new facilities, aircon, fridge, microwave, jug, toaster etc. Staff happy to help
