We arrived on Sunday afternoon after reception had closed at 1pm. Our preordered cot wasn’t in the room and after calling the after hours number immediately it was brought to our apartment at 8:30pm with no linen by the security man. We also didn’t have enough shower towels for each person and no access to pool towels. Our grandson was desperate to test out the pool so we had to use our shower towels. The room wasn’t cleaned very well and we found a piece of curried chicken under the table. It was lucky we found it before one of our grandchildren did and ate it.

Great location (although because if that there was a lot of noise from cars passing by all through the night), room and facilities were clean. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel. The only downside was the pool was open until 10pm and there were a group of kids screaming constantly at the top of their lungs until it closed. Not great when you have little ones, however we’ll be back.

The room was clean with plenty of space, the beds were comfortable and the view of the beach was very nice. The staff were very friendly. The pool and spa were big, clean and fantastic, would stay here again. Love the Qube

The fridge was constantly leaking, wasted time mopping the floor every day. Advised that maintenance would come look at it and no one came. Foxtel played up during our stay. Front counter staff were very friendly. Apartment was clean and spacious. Great pool area.

Wonderful views, the room was modern and clean and the staff were very helpful. The Qube Broadbeach is also in the perfect location - close to the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants and the tram. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Just checked out of the Buetiful Qube hotel Room was spotless amazing view.I stayed on the 11th floor the view from the balcony was amazing. Staff were wonderful and the pool and spa was so clean.Thank you to the wonderful staff I had a great time definitely will be coming back.
