The property were i was located was very nice very clean lookef after my neighbors were very respectful the people in queensland make these hotels alive and welcoming ofcorse very respectful people.

Disappointed

Very disappointed, slow check in and room not ready after 3pm. Under resourced room service, had to remind them on 3 occasions that room wasn’t serviced until 4 PM while we were trying to relax after a day out. Bed ware/Sheets ill fitting and Doona in a poor condition. Rooms dated and certainly not a 5 Star rating. We discovered extra payments on our credit card that were not documented or authorized, I am challenging those charges directly with the hotel. We were given free complimentary drinks for late check in , only to be charged $30 on our account. I had them removed when i noted them of check out statement.

Won't be staying here again unless they fix it up

Our stay was lovely. A lot of money spent on the lobby and facade but little on the dilapidated pool, surroundings and furniture. The room needed a paint and the balcony balustrade was loose.
