Suite was very nice (but of course we paid a high price to stay in a suite). Executive Club food and beverages continue to decline. We have been coming to this hotel for over 30 years (and checkin staff have no idea we’ve ever stayed there!!). Executive Club canapés used to be fabulous.. now I’d rate it 1 out of 5.

Our room was so hot we couldn’t sleep!

Everything was good. The only issue was the air conditioning in the room. Even at its coolest we were SO hot we couldn’t sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay! The bed was comfy and the pillows! The convenience of having everything without travelling was the big drawcard for us. Lily at the check in desk was lovely and gave us a bottle of sparkling ! We will book again when looking for a place on the Gold Coast
