Rooms were very clean. Weird layout with the pullout bed. It was so close to the king bed that it left no space for you to walk around it. We arrived right before midnight for our stay and the front door was locked. I used the intercom - nothing. There was no one at the front desk at the hotel. I ended up calling the hotel and listening to the phone ring and watching the front desk clerk answer the phone. She had to confirm my reservation information before she would let me in. I have never had that happen in any hotel where I've stayed. I understand security measures but at least give the guest a heads up. I tried to check in on the app but it wouldn't let me. Other than that issue, we would stay here again. Everyone we encountered was very pleasant. And as I stated, the rooms were immaculate. We would stay here again - but will make sure we arrive before the streetlights come on 😆 We didn't eat the breakfast but there were quite a few people there when we passed through.
