Sardinia Blu Residence udmærker sig især ved en fantastisk udsigt over byen og Olbia-fjorden. Det er lejligheder uden room-service. Ingen opvaskemaskine. Lånte salt i receptionen. Receptionisten virkede lidt tvær og kunne ikke se problemet i, at den gratis parkering var på gaden. Der var nu også normalt plads. Aircondition kun i soveværelse. Vi havde en opredning i stuen, hvor der så var lidt varmt.

Struttura grande e a gestione familiare. 22 stanze. A noi assegnata appartamento quadruplo n.62dal 7 al 12 agosto 2021 per 1450 euro tramite expedia. Ci siamo presentati alle ore 18 e la stanza non era pronta (check in dalle ore 17). Dopo aver atteso 40min ci portano nella casa e dopo meno di 45min ho fatto notare che entrambi i condizionatori non funzionavano. Risposta: e sabato. Faremo il possibile. Dopo 1h si presenta il gestore con 1 pinguino Argo portatile. Che ovviamente è inutile per una quadrupla di circa 40mq anche perché per utilizzarlo si e costretti a tenere aperta la portafinestra facendo entrare caldo e luce. Di notte poi e rumorosissimo oltre al fatto che entrano i rumori della strada principale sotto alla stanza. La casa si presenta nuova ma costruita in fretta e furia (vedere foto). La cucina presenta come strumenti solo un tostapane. Piano cottura a induzione non sempre funzionante (i vicini ci hanno insegnato di spegnere interruttore generale e riaccendere per resettare) Niente tovaglie niente attrezzi da cucina. A detta del gestore causa covid non mettono nulla. Ma due stracci da cucina si potevano mettere e lavare a 90 gradi. Presenti solo poche padelle e le stoviglie essenziali. Attrezzatura da toilette assente (ma indicata nella descrizione). In compenso c'è un tv55". La casa risulta ovviamente un forno. Problema condizionatore risolto dal gestore ? Assolutamente no. Intanto in tv dicono che la sardegna arriva a 42/44 gradi. Ma siamo fortunati qui a go

Excellent value for money. Good location within walking distance of beach, although you do really need a car to fully appreciate the area. Water pressure poor in the apartments which is not ideal when you want a decent shower after a day at the beach. Also there were no bowls in the kitchen but we bought some cardboard ones from a supermarket. The staff are friendly and helpful. Thr photos of the pool are very misleading as it is actually tiny! Very quiet too. Overall a good experience. Be aware you have to pay 50 euros cleaning fee when you leave!

Friendly relaxing location

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good pool and close to a superb sandy bay. Bathroom a little dated but clean with plentiful supply of hot water. Kitchen facilities a little limited... short on pots and pans and no kettle. If you are older with walking issues be aware that the property is on a steep slope and is over a mile from the centre of Golfo Aranci. Ask for beach chairs and shade as they are available free of charge. Loungers and shade on the local beach cost €20 per pair. Overall would recommend and be happy to return.

Basic but spacious & convenient

Very basic (not serviced so you have to buy loo roll, tea towels etc) but clean, spacious & lovely little pool. Also close to beach & supermarket. It’s a walk into town (1k +) but there are a few places to eat nearby. Walk to town is along the main road but well lit & good pavements.

Great for families!

Great apartments with everything you need for your Golfo Aranci stay. Comfortable apartments with kitchen/dining area, sofa and bedroom. Each apt has its own patio with seating. Staff is super friendly and helpful, with good recommendations for the area and always trying to make your stay easy (high chairs for the baby, etc). Pool was very nice and pretty views of the countryside. Would recommend for families and folks who want to self-cater and who don’t need the hotel-type amenities like a large lobby and bar, restaurant and the like.

Des vacances simple et pleine de charme, la résidence est en cohérence avec le décor de la ville, tout en pierre, la résidence était calme, entretenue, propre et belle à voir. Une vue à coupé le souffle, sur la mer, la ville et le couché de soleil. L'équipe est au petit soin, et sait comment mettre à l'aise ses clients. Je me suis sentie chez moi. J'ai été sous le charme de la résidence de la ville et des personnes qui y vivent.

Quiet apartments, edge of town

We really liked the position of our apartment in the block as we had magnificent views, however others weren't so well located. As stated, these apartments were not serviced. We knew this. We stayed for a fortnight but did not expect to have to ask for clean towels and sheets after being there one week. The clean linen arrived on the 8th day of our stay. Something that may not have happened if we had said nothing! The bathroom had a permanent drains smell so we had to keep the window wide open day and night. We mentioned this to Tiziano, the manager, and he said it would clear when the wind changed direction. It didn't. For information, these apartments do not have a microwave or kettle or oven. While we were there, only a few days later, the swimming pool was drained as it was near the end of the season. The onsite restaurant wasn't open at all during our stay.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, Außenanlagen super gepflegt. Die Betten hätten weicher sein können. Küchenausstattung ist für Essenzubereitung ausreichend, beinhaltet aber keine Elektrogeräte. Zimmer mit Meerblick haben tolle Aussicht bis zum Strand und Hafen. Wir waren in der Nachsaison und hatten perfektes Wetter. Fußläufig sind Restaurants, Supermärkte, Bäckereien und Eisdielen erreichbar.

Leider war kein Wasser im Pool, war wohl defekt, mussten endreinigung zahlen und irgendwelche zusatzzahlungen, Steuern, jedenfalls wussten wir davon nicht, waren immerhin 159 Euro extra, das hat uns geärgert.

Fin utsikt om man fick rätt rum vid ankomst!

Bodde här en vecka i slutet på augusti 2017. Vid ankomst på kvällen hittade det inte min bokning, efter några minuter hänvisade de oss sedan till ett rum som inte uppfyllde det vi hade bokat via Expedia, ocean view panoramic. Istället fick vi en markplanslägenhet med utsikt mot parkering. Påtalade detta nästa dag och de förklarade att något blivit fel. Vi skulle få tillgång till rummet fyra dagar senare och slapp betala för slutstädning av rummet. Vi byte av rum några dagar senare frågar vi om de går bra att få nya handdukar och de ska dem fixa och allt verkar hädanefter frid och fröjd. Den nya lägenhet är perfekt och äntligen kan semestern börja på riktigt! Underbar utsikt att njuta utav! :) Men vid utcheckning av hotellet får jag en räkning som jag ska betala. Jag försöker få fram för vad, men då engelskan ej är den bästa från personalen tar det ett tag att få fram. Räkningen gäller för de "nya" (tvättade) handdukarna vi bad om och räkningen är på 120 euro!! Väldigt dyra handdukar! Säger redan vid betalning att detta är extremt dyra handdukar och borde ha informerats när vi frågade om bytet utav dem, inte få en räkning slängd i ansiktet sista dagen på semestern som ger en sur eftersmak av hela vistelsen. Har varit i kontakt med hotellet för att kunna få åter min betalning då jag i efterhand känner att de lurat mig men de har valt att inte svara eller ge någon respons kring detta. Riktigt illa skött! Så önskar ni inga överraskningsnotor bo inte här!!!

Schöne Anlage in ruhiger Gegend

Schöne saubere Anlage in Golfo Aranci. Mehrere gute Restaurants sowie die Strandpromenade sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch kurzfristige Änderungen (weiterer Gast im Apartment) waren unproblematisch. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Ottimo soggiorno

Ho soggiornato con la mia ragazza in questo bellissimo residence ad agosto 2017. Il residence è situato in una zona tranquillissima, lo staff è molto gentile. L'appartamento dove ho soggiornato è la camera economy ideale per due ragazzi giovani, si tratta di un monolocale ben arredato, attrezzato e ben pulito.
