Reserved two rooms for my party. I got to my room and was missing curtains on my window among other things so I immediately went down to change rooms. Both our rooms had several things that were broken or in unacceptable condition. This included doors that wouldn’t close, rusted fixtures in the bathroom, etc. Their convenience area was empty and there were no vending machines on the property so I had to leave the property just to get a bottle of water. After reaching out to the property directly, their resolution was a refund of 50% of one of the two rooms.

Some of the receptionist were good others not so much. booked because it said they had cribs. The male working during the day said they didn’t.Later that night after buying something for our baby to sleep in found out they did have cribs. Had to move rooms because the ac was not working properly. Our room was so humid everything was soaking wet. The room we moved to wasn’t much better ended up having to just go stay somewhere else.
