Walking and bike paths stretch along it’s water’s edge and further on into the quaint river town of Goolwa. Barbeque facilities are available along the river bank. BYO utensils.

This delightful and superbly appointed Guest Studio has everything your heart desires for a weekend or week-long getaway. The studio can accommodate up to 2 people.

The space
Newly built self-contained guest Studio with private entry and dead locked internal door to ensure your complete privacy from the main house. Queen size bed with super comfy mattress. Wardrobe with plenty of coat hangers. Range of bathroom toiletries are provided. Enjoy soft fluffy towels, quality linen and electric blanket for those cooler winter nights.

Complimentary light Continental breakfast is provided during your stay which includes cereal, yoghurt, fruit, milk, bread, butter and an assortment of jams.

We are vigilant in our cleaning practices ensuring all touch points are disinfected and cleaned to the highest possible standards. All linen and towels are laundered at 65 degrees Celsius. Crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans go through the dishwasher at 65 degrees Celsius after each guest departure in keeping with our hygiene practices. We offer contactless check in and check out using a locked key box.

Pantry staples include Black and green teas, Coffee bags, Salt, Pepper, Sugar and Stevia, Olive oil spray, an assortment of dried herbs and spices, your choice of either fresh full cream milk Skim, Almond, Oat or Soy milks.
Amenities in the kitchenette include saucepans, frying pan, crockery, cutlery, single induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle. Double USB point for phone and device charging. Full sized ironing board, iron and distilled water.

There are a number of supermarkets in Goolwa which include Woolworths and Foodland, laundromat in Cadell street (entrance via Loveday street carpark) selection of Cafes, Pizza, Bakeries, Fish’n’chip, Thai and local pubs with great menus.

Will enjoy your stay

The unit is clean, nice bathroom and kitchen area. Well located in a quiet street and only a few minutes drive to the centre of town. Close to the cycle path. A really nice place to stay - will go back when we plan another trip down to Goolwa area.
