Charming stone house, private pool (5 * 10 m) in Gordes

Charming property with private pool (5 * 10 m), landscaped garden and orchard, situated in a hamlet in the middle of triangle formed by the famous hilltop villages of Gordes, Roussillon and Goult. The house accomodates 8 persons (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms).

The house is the end unit of a typically Provencal farmhouse. The property is independent, its landscaped garden and orchard are completely closed. The private swimming pool 5 x 10 m awaits you for a swim.

You enter the house either through a French door on the south side (dining room) or through an entrance door on the west side (living room). The lounge/dining area contains a small office corner and a fire place. It is open on a Provençal style kitchen with a pantry/laundry room (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer). Also on the ground floor you will find a toilet with washbasin.
The decoration and furniture are French country style.
Via a staircase you reach the 1St floor: master bedroom (double bed) with en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with 2 beds (each 90 cm large), shower room and WC in the corridor.
The third bedroom is in the attic on the 2nd floor with 3 beds.
All mattresses were replaced in 2015.

Two terraces with Weber charcoal barbecue await you for your meal in the shade of the pergolas.
A playground for your children is located in the garden near the pool.

The rental rate includes bed linen, bath towels, pool towels, change of linen every week in case of more than one week rental.
The final cleaning is also included but we ask you to throw the rubbish and leave the house in an acceptable state of cleanliness.
Cot and baby chair are available on request.
