Shopping facilities about 600 m away. Boutiques, restaurants, etc. within walking distance. Kneipp opportunity at the lake. Fishing possible at the lake. Great skiing area for all levels. Grächen honored as most child-friendly village. Inform yourself on the homepage. Access by car to the front of the house possible. Public transport available. New restaurant opened at the top station. Winter: Cradle place available, etc. / Spring, summer, autumn: large playground directly behind the house. Along the property runs also a Suone.
