My stay at the Wyndham Gramado was nothing short of exceptional. Hotel staff were extremely pleasant and friendly, cleanliness is central to their operations and hotel offerings such as pool and dining were simply top-notch. Shame we didn’t get to experience more of the property as we were in town for a conference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gramado- just be sure to rent a car as you’ll need it to venture into the beautiful town.

The property is newer & nice. The breakfast is great however any other time we tried to go to the restaurant for lunch or dinner it was closed. The pools are nice & warm. You have to pay an additional $7 a day for parking. They valet but it takes a long time to get your car because there are always people waiting. The first night we didn’t have any water and then the second day they did not give us any clean towels we had to go ask for them. We stayed at 4 hotels over our 10 day trip and this was did not impress me as much as I would have expected from the pictures,etc

Upon arriving at the facility, there was a huge line of people waiting to check in. Waited about 1 hour in line and line did not even move. Gave up on checking in, went out to get dinner with my family and then came back around 9 pm to try again. Check in was easy at this time. Hotel was clean, but no house keeper will come to freshen up the room or even pick up dirty towels and replace with new ones. Breakfast is amazing but the room service and lunch/dinner menu changed over the year. Pizza is no longer available and kids menu is not helpful if you have a picky eater. Room stayed cold. Heater was not working properly. No extra blankets in room. Have to request. I do not recommend this hotel. It is a bit overpriced based on its location. Available Liquid soaps, shampoo, and conditioners are of very poor quality.

Consideramos um atendimento bem regular com falta de carisma e atenção dos funcionários. Sempre utilizamos a linha Laguetho, e concluímos que o Wyndham deixa muito a desejar, desde o cafezinho disponível na recepção até no serviço de quarto, que tivemos que solicitar as 23:30 quando percebemos que não estava feita a cama para nossos filhos. Fora que os preços das bebidas na volta da piscina beiram a exploração, não por que temos dinheiro disponível que aceitamos ser explorados. Foi a primeira e última vez que utilizamos o estabelecimento.

A equipe é solicita e gentil. O hotel é ótimo, porém com algumas ressalvas (poucas): o sofá cama é extremamente duro, impossivel de dormir varias noites seguidas. Seria melhor eles tirarem essa opção, pois dormir no chão é mais confortavel. E em relação a alimentação, tudo é otimo com excessão das sobremesas, que parecem não ter gost.

La piscina da a un estacionamiento. La espera para el Checkin fue mucha. La comida del restaurant buffet poco variada y no pensada para nenes. La habitacion chica y eso que era de 4 personas con vista a la piscina y cuando llegamos habia toallas para dos y la cama de los nenes sin armar. Nunca nos recibieron en la puerta y tuvimos que bajar nuestras maletas. AH! y el estacionamiento es privado y hay que pagarlo sin ninguna otra opcion. Quisimos ir a buscar algo al auto y tubimos que esperar que lo traigan a la puerta. No nos dejaron ir a nosotros.
