The apartment features a living room, separate kitchen, two bedrooms, and a spacious full bathroom, all filled with natural light thanks to modern windows that also provide excellent sound and thermal insulation.
Upon entering, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for both short and long stays. To the right, the living room offers a sophisticated and cozy space with a comfortable sofa, two designer armchairs, a 52” Smart TV, and beautiful views of the Torre de la Vela and the Alhambra.
To the left of the kitchen, the dining area features a table for four and a carefully designed space with decorative details that add character to the ambiance.
The first attic bedroom has a 150x190 cm bed, while the second bedroom offers a 135x190 cm bed, a headboard decorated with pomegranate motifs, a large built-in wardrobe, and a window with panoramic views.
The modern bathroom includes a shower with a glass screen and is designed to provide maximum comfort.
Its strategic location, just 400 meters from Granada Cathedral, allows you to explore on foot the main monuments, historic squares, and charming streets. Nearby, you will find tapas bars, traditional restaurants, and local shops.
