Stayed 2 nights, 2 rooms. Rooms were the cleanest I've seen many years in many hotels. Front doors are automatic. There's an elevator to the 2nd floor. With it being a fairly small place, was surprised that they had this convenience. They serve a buffet breakfast, with a large selection. You can dine at the buffet, next to the fireplace or take back to your room. Usually stay at another hotel in this area, but this place was much less expensive

Property is centrally located and quiet. Felt safe and parking was a breeze. Breakfast was awesome and the 24/7 coffee and water stations are awesome. Main complaint is floor noise. If you want to sleep hard get the top floor. Any movement sounded like a buffalo above us. Staff was kind but that above room noise brings it 4 stars. The shower floor had some play and bounce and I imagine they need to be replaced.

This is our go to place to stay when we visit Flagstaff. We have stayed at other locations, and have not stayed at any other location since we first stayed at Comfort Inn I-17 and I-40. The front desk staff, the housekeeping staff, and the kitchen staff are all wonderful. We have always enjoyed the breakfast, the coffee anytime, and the 5:00 pm cookies.

the rooms are quite noisy especially if you are on the side that the freeway goes by. the other side has the pool and you could hear everything. the hallway smelled bad. the room also smelled but was ok once the air conditioner was on for awhile.

I felt like we were staying at a lodge in the mountains. The decor was really warm and inviting with a fireplace in the lobby. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was terrific. The location was excellent. We will be back

Staff are friendly, supportive, knowledgeable. The place is clean, comfortable and appealing. Care is attuned to the area. The breakfast offering is tasty. The only issue I have, which is true for many hotels, relates to those clients who feel it is appropriate to laugh and talk loudly very early in the morning (think 5am). Maybe posting a notice asking them to use "indoor voices" would be helpful.

Great Hotel and Staff; Crap Beds

The property was well kept and convenient; the breakfast was superb. The staff was super friendly. Why only three stars? The franchise got Comfort Inn really need to step up the comfort level of the beds. The pillows and the mattress are nightmares, and I can barely sleep. This is a franchise issue, but they can do better.
