We had a wonderful stay! We stayed over coast guard festival which is one of the busiest weekend so we were nervous about the first come parking. However, there was always plenty of parking, not an issue at all! The condo was clean and everything was accurate from the pictures. We had everything we needed. You can walk to downtown area which has a lot of cute shops and restaurants. The beach is more of a drive or bike ride. We would recommend this property!

Nicely updated rental with 4 bedrooms and a small loft area perfect for kids. Check-in was very easy with keyless entry. The location is super convenient to downtown, and having both Biggby Coffee and restaurants right in the parking lot was a great bonus! Highly recommend!

Perfect for two or three families

Nothing but positive reviews for this place. Ample room for the kids to have their own area and not be all over the adults. The curly slide and game room kept the grandkids busy for many hours. The hosts was always responsive and the property had just about everything you could possibly need

The best of the BEST!

I cannot recommend this condo highly enough. Better than well equipped. Everything is included and stocked in this condo: I mean everything. Good location: we could have walked into the city of Grand Haven but chose not to because of the frigid temps. Safe. A locked entrance to enter all of the condos, plus coded Yale entry into the condo itself. Parking is more than ample. Coffee, restaurants, treats, pubs, fast food, groceries all within 5 minutes walk. 6 ladies traveled together for a "Girls Weekend." All 6 of us give this wonderful destination a PLUS TEN PLUS PLUS. Our only complaint: We didn't stay longer.

Grand haven get away

Property was large enough for a whole family of 6. Beds were a little hard. Location was noisy due to traffic and not close to water as it appeared. Nice extras like the wagon for luggage and groceries. Kids loved the slide, secret tunnel to sleep and rock wall. Overall nice place.

Large family stay for wedding

We had a family group of 8 adults and 5 kids ranging in age from 9 to 3 months and we could not have been happier with the condo. The location, the layout, everything was perfect and of course the kids had so much fun playing in the loft! Can’t recommend this place enough!

The condo is VERY nice & as pictured. The coffee pot did not work, kept saying descaling was necessary. Towel bars in two bathrooms fell off the wall. Main bathroom left sink did not drain well. Did not provide recycling bin.

Great condo for a family vacation

The condo was excellent for a family with young children. The slide and rock climbing wall kept them busy for hours. The location is great for accessing restaurants, ice cream store, and pharmacy (If needed). The living room area was great to hang out. We enjoyed it so much, we plan on staying again 😀

Great Property!

We had a sister weekend in Grand Haven and stayed at this condo. It was very clean and spacious enough for each of us to have our own bedroom. The condo was clean and had everything you need to cook meals. The rock climbing wall and slide was an added bonus! Highly recommend this property and property manager.

Best Family Vacation Ever

The Vrbo was outstanding! My 1 year old son and 3 year old daughter loved the rock wall and slide, great way to get some last minute energy out before bed times. It’s within walking distance of downtown Grand Haven which is very kid friendly. I also enjoyed the restaurants, bars, and musical fountain show in GH. The beach is an approximately 30 min walk, but you can break it up with the splash pad or getting ice cream. I also recommend skydiving, which is a 10 min drive.

Grand Landings 4 bedroom

The condo was huge-all 4 bedrooms were very spacious. The kids had a blast on the indoor slide. We enjoyed game nights in the great room and took advantage of the office space. Easy walking distance to downtown and other shopping. Highly recommend!

Great Gathering Spot

We were here on vacation to go boating for the week. Although this location is not right on the water, it’s only about 2 minutes to the municipal boat docks where we had leased a spot for our boat for the week. We had friends and family with us and this unit has a great layout for everyone. Bedrooms are on opposite ends of the main floor and second floor, offering a little more privacy. Very comfortable home with the exception of the master bedroom bed. There’s a nice big king size bed, but one side of the mattress is completely flattened out with a huge dip in it and that person is laying right on plywood. We had to use the large throw pillows to put under the mattress to get my husband up off plywood. Other than that we would stay here again if they get a new mattress.

Perfect for Extended Family Stay

We loved the condo - it offered the perfect mix of convenience (nearby coffee, food, etc) and amenities (our toddlers have made it clear the blue slide has set the standard for all future vacations). The open first floor combined with rooms that are separated was a great setup for a group of adults and young families.
