This was a great spot for our family to gather for graduation weekend in GJ! Nearby park with pickle ball courts that we visited to play 3x while there. Great open space for us to hang out together. Plenty of rooms and beds.
We had a wonderful stay in this luxury home. Perfect amount of space and amenities for our large family. Plenty amount of kitchen space and appliances for all food prep needed.
This newer, large house is situated in a great neighborhood on the way to Monument National Park. It can comfortably accommodate a group of eight people. However, since this is an "Investment Property" managed by a third party, it lacks the attention to detail, and quality typically found in VRBO listings.
Nice house, however for that large a house to sleep that many people a larger coffee pot would have been helpful. A 3-cup pot didn't cut it. Also, the ice-maker did not work, we had to buy ice. The propane tank was empty although the owner did offer to reimburse us if we filled it. We decided not to grill.
Our group of ten loved staying at this well appointed home. Only one couple in the group so we needed plenty of beds and this home had plenty for all. We really appreciated the luxurious and spacious bathrooms that matched up perfectly with our bedroom Jenga:) And as we were in the area to see both Colorado National Monument and Arches we were THRILLED to see CNM was only 5 minutes away! The huge livings spaces and kitchen along with a spacious deck allowed us to enjoy our time together. We highly recommend!
There were 12 of us that met from UT and CO for our annual mountain biking trip. It was the perfect place to gather and relax after our rides. Plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. The ability to ride to the lunch loop trail system is tough to beat. Only downside was the bunk beds are not ideal for adults, but would be great for kids.
Everything was as described and was very nice. My comments are intended to be minor. The A/C worked too well and the zones seemed confused. The master was freezing while the other bed rooms were warm. But given it was 100 we were very happy to have A/C. The TVs were too complicated for our age groupâŠ.
This house was great as a home base for our extended family. Great location, easy access to amazing hiking, lots of space for our extended family to gather for a wedding in Grand Junction. House was very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied. Would recommend highly.
The house is quite large & open. Kitchen/dining/living all good social spaces. Had a few new house glitches, worst being air conditioner went out one evening & got very hot. Fixed the next day. Lighting was weird with several bulbs out. Needs more extensive âwelcome bookâ with instructions on appliances, etc. That said, our contact person was very responsive & most were minor issues. Very close to Monument, but a 30ish minute drive to wineries.
