We spent 4 nights and used this studio as a base for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. The place was clean and larger than it looked in the photos . There was not much of a view, as our small patio faced the parking lot. The weather was cool and we had some rainy days, so that was not a big deal. Everything in Grand Lake was right there, which was nice. We had a minor power problem caused by a blown transmitter in the town, and Todd was quick to get back to us when we called him about it. Luckily, it was resolved shortly after we called. The only issue with the unit that was a downside for me was that we were not able to dim any of the track lighting. It was very bright. It as a very pleasant place to stay.
Enjoyed the newness and especially the location of this studio unit. Roomy spaces even though it is a studio. Large bathroom and nice to have a washer/dryer. Enjoyed the walkability to many area sights, restaurants and of course, ice cream shop by the water (the best homemade in the area!). Would definitely stay here again. Also, quick response from owner was appreciated!
