Superior Suite - 2 Blocks to Lake, Full Kitchen

The Superior Suite at Basecamp Bungalows is a vacation rental located in beautiful Grand Marais, Minnesota with easy access to downtown, Lake Superior, North House Folk School, Grand Marais Art Colony, and the many trails and parks in the area. This newly renovated building is now open for business.

The Superior Suite is a fully furnished one-bedroom apartment with large picture windows that give you a view of Lake Superior. We have a fully stocked kitchen with all of the cooking equipment you'll need to make your own meals or have a cup of coffee before heading out for the day. Games and DVDs are provided in the room if you're looking for a quiet night in and information about local hiking trails and night life if you'd like to get out.

Guests have full access to the apartment and the yard. Outdoor chairs are provided if you'd like to sit outside for your morning coffee or move them onto the lawn to soak up the sun.

The Superior Suite is located just three blocks from downtown in Grand Marais. Looking for a great local restaurant? We are a quick walk from the Angry Trout Cafe and Fisherman's Daughter for the catch of the day.

A parking space is provided for guests. Feel free to leave your car and explore Grand Marais on foot or drive to park anywhere downtown.

We are pet friendly! Well-behaved pets are welcome in the Superior Suite. Pets must not be left alone in the space for long periods of time and must be crated during time alone. An additional pet fee of $50 will be added after booking. Guests are responsible for keeping noise levels down and for the costs of repairing any damages to the space.
