We stayed for 2 nights during the week The hotel is older and not soundproof at all. The other guests were extremely loud, children running in the halls, doors closing were very loud, even heard dogs barking in the hallway several times (although I never saw the dogs). Voices carried very loudly, and could hear loud music. Very noisy until after midnight. Staff was very kind. If you want quiet, don't stay here. Otherwise, it was ok for the price point.

The first room they gave me had butt impressions on the bed dirty towls all over the floor and dirty cups. It hadn't been cleaned at all. But after bringing it to their attention I was given a clean room. Should have gotten at least a discount or an upgrade.

Handicapped room lacked grab bars in the shower. Vanity faucet was loose in the sink. Pool was non-functional for entire three-night stay despite being told it was "warming". We were offered the ability to use a pool in a neighboring hotel. Rooms were charged in advance rather than at checkout. There were no forks for the breakfast. There were a lot of noises, for example, loud water noises in the walls. The door would rattle loudly is reaction to other rooms opening or closing. Property seems dated and in need of updating.
