Front desk staff and housekeeping were terrific! Room was very nice - spacious and very clean! However staff unable to assist with certain items: 1. Grounds crew mowing & blowing early Fri VERY noisy 2. Staff told by maintenance that hot tub repaired (ahead of our thurs-sunday visit) but clearly it was not hot & whirlpool jets not working and no maintenance help on weekend. 3. One elevator out of service thurs-sunday 4. Breakfast bar was great Fri a.m. However Saturday it was not replenished during 6-10 a.m. open. So much so that Sunday was even less, so we left hotel for an off-site breakfast. Disappointed that these aspects reduced our enjoyment during this weekend stay.

We had a good stay, staff was very friendly and helpful. The only “issue” we had was the shower water didn’t really get hot and would just stay lukewarm, but not really that big of a deal. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to highway and stores

The hotel was in a great location for our trip. It was near the highway and close to many great stores, food options and grocery stores. The breakfast was better than I was expecting. The hotel could use a refresh including the pool and hot tub area. That being said the pool was large, staff was very friendly, and a pretty good breakfast included in your stay. I'd stay again.

Very happy with my stay! It’s an older hotel but well kept and clean, I don’t have a single complaint. We arrived early and the gentleman at the front desk gladly allowed us to check in early. There is free hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles and all your other basic breakfast items which was pretty good. I would recommend anyone stay here and I would stay again.

Comfortable but Cleanliness Concerns

We checked in fairly late, and the front entrance was locked, requiring either a room key or staff to buzz us in. The gentleman at the desk only provided the essentials on a need-to-know basis, which made the process feel a bit minimal. Our room featured a comfortable, secure bed, which was a definite plus. However, the shower was not clean and had noticeable body hair left behind, which was disappointing. The restroom had a stylish barn-style sliding door, though it didn’t offer much privacy. The hotel does have a pool, hot tub, gym, and complimentary breakfast, but unfortunately, we didn’t have time to use these amenities during our stay. Overall, it was a mixed experience—comfortable in some areas but lacking in cleanliness and privacy.

Not very clean

Staff gave me the wrong room at check in. Not sure how she had my name wrong as I gave her my license. Argued with me about which type of room I had a reservation for. Ended up mixing up my room with another guest. Floor was filthy, socks were black from walking on them. Hairs in the tub and bathroom, overall did not seem clean. Bed uncomfortable. Check in staff made racist comment about waitstaff potentially stealing ice packs.
