There was some trash on the ground in front of the entrance. Other than that, I liked the room and the coffee was good. Service at the front desk was great.

The room was very clean. The bed was uncomfortable with no box spring under mattress. No coffee maker in the room, no coffee in the lobby until 9am, unfriendly staff at check-in. No iron or hair dryer. The room was equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave and stove top. No kitchen supplies, such as cups, bowls, silverware, pots and pans were provided. The place was very sterile and just okay for a night or two.

Our second stay

This is a good value place to sleep. The focus is clearly on longer term stays: each room has a kitchenette with a full-size fridge and there is plenty of cupboard and storage space. However, no kitchen supplies are provided, though a kit is available for sale at the desk. There isn’t even the usual coffee maker in the room, nor an ironing board, nor a hair dryer. Still the room was sparkling clean and quite comfortable - though the mattress was way too soft for me. It actually felt worn out. Walls are thin and we could hear people talking, but it didn’t get out of hand. Overall, the impression was sort of up-scale boarding house. Obviously, we didn’t mind as this was our second stay. Compared to other places nearby, it’s in better condition, cleaner, and a good value at the Hotels.com price (which was substantially less than the price on the hotel website).

We got a room pretty quick. It was affordable and the policies and amenities were presented clearly by the staff member at the front desk, Liana. We liked the local attractions and restaurants being listed on the keycard holder and how personal the television and wifi features were.
