Could have been better

The staff was very friendly. The room could have used more dusting. The headboard and walls had stains. The bathroom is the darkest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a hotel. It was very tough to get ready as the lighting was below ideal. I had a king size bed but the pillows provided were very small. When I asked for more, I was told they were out. For the price I paid, I would say you get what you pay for, and I did book during a sale.

We booked a family suite with a king, a double, and a pull out couch. There was no blanket on the pull out and when we requested one we were told the hotel did not have any blankets. When I asked for compensation upon checkout, I was told that they had to check with the manager and they would need to get back to me. They still have not. I will be following up when we get home.
