Outside the resort, 4 km from the centre of Lübz, in a quiet position, 150 m from the edge of the forest, 80 km from the sea, 5 km from the lake, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property 4'600 m2, beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn 2'500 m2, plants, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, courtyard, natural pond. Patio, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bakery 2.5 km, café 3 km, pub garden 3 km, bus stop "Lübz" 3 km, diving center 20 km, outdoor swimming pool 35 km, thermal baths 45 km, swimming bay 5 km, bathing lake 5 km. Sports centre 3 km, children's playground 3 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Plauer See 20 km, Kritzower See 10 km, Passower See 5 km. Please note: suitable for families.
