The lock to the door froze while we were at breakfast, and we had to out in the freezing cold for 10 minutes for someone to fix it. The jacuzzi stopped working, as well.

Person at checki n was not very sharp. Couldn't findvthe reservation until I got my paperwork. Why put me on the 3rd floor when there only aboit 10 cars in the lot? The location of the elevator is STUPID!! And it is not marked well at all! I will not stay here again.

Asked to move rooms due to door not sealing from outside. Same problem in new room. Smoke, cold air, marijuana smell, profanity etc coming through the room all night long. Got two hours of sleep. Didn’t stay the 2nd night and now hotels won’t refund us. Probably never using hotels again. What’s the use if they can’t help us get refund. We will just got through the places directly. The pool was filthy and the sauna didn’t work

Pretty good value. Good shower pressure, practically enough to pelt your skin off! Breakfast had a good variety, though the eggs were a strange texture. The waffle maker was nice. The hot tub was hot and fairly clean, though the jets were so forceful and chaotic it was kind of difficult to sit anywhere near them. Overall, good value
