The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The provided toiletries were pleasant. I actually ate breakfast. Sure, there's some road noise, and the property could use a bit of a sprucing, but the front desk staff were friendly, the shower was shaped like a pod reminiscent of 1970s sci-fi (in a good way), the room was spacious for the price. I'd definitely go back.

I tried to see if I could get a larger room as my grandkids decided they wanted to stay with me and I needed a larger room as this one was very small. I couldn’t get a room because I booked through-hotel.com and they would not upgrade me, even though I was willing to pay the extra and was told we couldn’t get any cots as they were fire hazard. So I went to another hotel so that I could visit with my grandkids. Did not stay the 2 night and couldn’t get a refund. Very disappointed.

Rooms are very small with minimal accessories. Hallway and stair carpets are very dirty/stained. No elevator, which was hard on my mother. Breakfast food were very bland and limited.

Room was clean, some updates. Bed was a little soft. Could not use wifi because it isn't secure. My internet wouldn't work due to this so that was a major inconvenience. For that reason alone i won't be staying there again. The breakfast was minimal with eggs that looked like a rubbery puck and the sausage was gray so i didnt eat there. Soda machine was out of diet coke all 5 days i stayed there. Not a big deal but still another disappointment.

We were locked out of our room when we were trying to leave and missed an appointment. They said the battery went dead on our door and the lock had to be opened, and a real key was used to get in. Took some time. Very inconvenient

The pocket door for the bathroom could not be shut as the hanger for the pocket door was installed in properly, forcing the door to be left 2 inches open so light would fill the room if you use it at night at night. The air conditioner was very noisy. There was a bus beeping in the parking lot all night. The breakfast was pretty terrible. The only edible items really were the waffles and bagels. It did move us to another room, which was better, but the air conditioner was still very noisy. Will not stay here again. I wouldn’t recommend it. There are plenty of other options in the area

Need signs/directions on eastbound Rte 301/50 for a bridge to cross over to access the hotel. We wandered around in a residential neighborhood for 10 minutes before finding the way to cross the highway.

Room was clean and AC worked but shower door was broken and water leaked on the floor. Breakfast was very basic and disappointing. Entrance was covered with a tarp. Lobby furniture and carpet looked worn and dirty. Just overall looks like it needs a remodel/upgrade.
