Gorgeous ship in Gråsten

This large and luxurious two-storey houseboat is located in the small cozy marina Toft near Gråsten. Here you have the opportunity to live the maritime dream in a well-equipped vacation home. You can follow the shipping traffic, go to town or to the marina and buy freshly caught fish. Of course, you can also catch your own fish in the clean waters of the Baltic Sea.

The houseboat has a weight of up to 120 tons, so it sits perfectly in place and moves only slightly in quiet movements when it is windy.



On the top floor is the well-equipped kitchen, which is openly connected to the dining area and the living area. From here you have access to a beautiful terrace. The lower floor offers another living area as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. The houseboat has several nice terraces, so you can always find a place where there is shelter.



The houseboat is located directly on the Gendarmstien, one of Denmark's most beautiful hiking routes. The 84-kilometer coastal walking route is divided into four stages: the mountain stage, the brick stage, the power stage and the beach stage. Each stage winds along the shores of the fjord, offering a varied and sometimes hilly landscape.
