Lower level 2 Queen bed studio, kitchenette, full bath, TV, glassed in and air conditioned window room, 3 futons, washer/dryer and dining table. Upstairs has 2 Queen bedrooms, full bath, full kitchen-dining room, sectional sofa, TV, and fireplace. Additional screened in front porch with 2 outdoor sofas and a TV. Sleeps 10. Great crappie, bass, and catfishing off of the huge private 2 well dock. One covered boat slip for use with your stay. Rules

No smoking. Quiet time after 10pm , guests must bag and dispose of pet waste in waste receptacles. No fireworks or smoking on boat dock or property.
No parties, no tampons or wipes down toilets they will clog the septic system and will require a drain snake at $300 per occurrence. Smoking $350 fee.
No feeding stray animals. Open boat slip is for renter use. Please no glass in outdoor areas. No grease down drains. All trash must be bagged.
