Room was mostly clean but very dusty. And some food stains on the wall. Beds were as expected, not comfy but not the worst I’ve slept on. There is an issue with the heater. We couldn’t sleep well. All night long it kept making this obnoxious tapping sound every couple minutes or so. But it worked fine for heat. That was probably the worst of it. People in the office were super friendly. Breakfast was good, options for everyone. Tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available til late night. Great location to the shops. I’d probably stay again.

The rooms were very clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast: There was no cereal or variety of breads like bagels. Yogurts were great. I do give them the benefit of the doubt on this because it was an off week, in between holidays. It was very quiet. Staff was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

This is an older hotel that is very well kept, the bed was very comfortable, but the decor shows it's age. It is also dark in the rooms which may suit some but not what I prefer. It was very good for our needs and the best was the walkability into town and restaurants and coffee shops. The staff was wonderfully friendly. Breakfast was not good but there are great option within walking distance. The price was very good. Would stay again.

Room was extremely clean, beds very comfortable, staff friendly. The only problem was the noisy heating system which loudly switched on and off at night preventing us from getting a good nights sleep. I would also suggest getting a room in the front of the hotel, rather than the back, since a train goes by within yards of the building.

The staff was amazing, so kind and accommodating. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable. Nice breakfast options. We were in town for a concert at Mahaiwe and we didn’t use our car once we checked in… a great home base for the weekend. Will definitely be back.

It was really nice staying here. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and there was a mini-fridge that wasn't full of expensive drinks you're not supposed to touch! It was mostly quiet, except for the trains at night that pass behind the building. It is very close by to shops, cool architecture, and a nice walking path. Very safe area too. The breakfast wasn't the best, but it's free, and you can easily pop in to nearby restaurants if you want something better. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here! It's a nice place to stay for the price.
