With the exception of fresh fruit, the hot breakfast food was something I would not feed to our pets. We were also presented with a room where the faucet in the bathroom was broken and nearly separated from the sink. Multiple notifications of the staff resulted in no repair. We are regular guests at this facility, the quality of care has worsened overtime.

Very comfortable for a 6 night stay over Thanksgiving while visiting family and friends. One small issue was resolved immediately and was just a communication snafu. Surprisingly good coffee with machines that brew cup by cup. Will return.

The TV in the room did not work!!! Picture and audio bounced on every channel. Someone tried to remedy the issue on our first night. It only worked for 1/2 hour. We were told it was fixed the 2nd night, it was not…same issue! We were told nothing could be done and we should talk to someone in the morning! Very frustrating!

Very nice place to stay. The room was spotless, quiet and comfortable. Everyone who works there is very friendly and the breakfast area is beautifully maintained. We would definitely stay at this Holiday Inn Express again!
