When I got to my room, there was no hot water. I ran the tap for 15 minutes — still stone cold. I went to reception to ask about it, and the response I got was unbelievable. The staff member said, “If you have no hot water, nobody has hot water.” When I asked what I was supposed to do for a shower, he replied, “Same as everybody else.” No apology, no effort to help, no basic courtesy. Guests shouldn’t have to accept cold showers and rude dismissals as part of their stay. It’s completely unacceptable, and I’d strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere.

60’s style of property and facilities ( stairs / lift) room was small but clean complete with fridge microwave and tv. Simple hanging rail for clothes. Street parking opposite which was free, 5minute walk to seafront.

Parking is out front in street bays, which are shared with the hotel across the street. Staying off season i was always fine finding a space but i could see it being limited in summer. Staff are efficient and helpful, rooms are basic but clean and i slept well enough. The weatherspoons (The Troll Cart) is a short walk away, so reliable food and drinks are nearby too.

Room size great, nice to have a fridge & microwave (didn't use only stayed one night but they worked I checked) bed was very comfy and clean,plenty of free parking outside hotel. The only negative and a big one was only luke warm water for shower in morning, I mean luke warm had shower at 9am, check out was 10am.

I discourage anyone who will book this property. Very tiny squeezy rooms. The toilet flash was faulty. The shower rooms are very squyezy you cant bend while washing. Then the worst no hot shower, when I asked I was told they are not responsible for repair but someone else. I had to wash my private face and private parts and leave. The wifi signal isn't reaching the rooms. The carpets are very dirty. The only good think is there is a fridge and microwave in the squeezy room. The danger is, if their is fire emergency you'll all be roasted in these rooms. I will never go to this hostel. Cheap is expensive.

Top end by pleasure beach and casino Clean ,parking handy opposite Staff a little confused as we gave ref of hotels.com They wanted 10 digit Experian ref Shower needed to run but for money was clean and what was needed Note lots of stairs and windy -probably not good with lots baggage or suitcases Although there is a lift we didn’t use it so can’t comment on how useful it was Curtains up but one didn’t open Kettle tea coffee facilities there a but a little tickle pickledy Microwave in room too

Unmanned reception with countless notices. Took 5 minutes to find the bell located in a corner to call for check-in. The floor carpets are very dirty!!! No fan or air-conditioning, so a very muggy night! More like a 1-star hotel the claimed 3-star!

The good part was the beds were clean the lift was ancient the shower was about 1’ of the floor not easy to get out of the plug socket was not secured to the wall properly there was hardly any one on the reception if you needed anything would not recommend
