Enjoyable stay

Pros: Location and cleanliness
We stayed for 2 nights over Easter. Hotel ideally placed, being a 5 minute walk to the sea front and around 8 minute walk to the town centre, but on a very quiet road. Being an adult only hotel, this suited us very well. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything you could want. Beautiful towels and lovely bedding. The landlady is very friendly and helpful and breakfast is cooked to order and arrives piping hot. A good choice of food including fresh fruit, cereals and yogurts, as well as the full English. Free parking permits are provided upon arrival and we encountered no problem in finding a parking space during our stay. We would recommend this B&B to friends and family. The Easter egg given to all guests on Easter Sunday was a lovely touch!

Perefct!

Pros: Hosts were willing to assist, sharing their local knowledge. Flexible with breakfast times, which was good.
Location: Just a short walk to the sea front or into the town. Plenty of eateries nearby.
I stayed here whilst on a short business trip to the area. Great location, near to the town centre and the beach. Nice room, good breakfasts!
