Gave my confirmed room away

Paid for the room up front. Arrived, and they had given my room away. It was 11:45 at night, snowing and there were no other rooms or hotels in the area. Not just confirmed - but confirmed and paid for

Their policy should match the service dog law

When I checked in I told the lady that the room was for my mom and myself. And that I had two services dogs. Myself for seizures and that my mom had 1 service dog to help do things cuz she has cancer. She says that’s fine just put them in this paper and sign and you’re good to go. So I do what she has asked. The Next night a different staff member.Calls the room and says I have to pay a pet free cuz they had no paper work signed bye me for the dogs. And that I had to mean for one room. So I was told I had to rent another room or leave.

Deeply Disappointed by this awful stay

At first glance this was a new, clean basic hotel. But the experience proved to by awful. Checking in took 30 minutes, and it was then we learned that the $50 pet deposit advertised is actually a $50 non refundable fee, which effectively doubled our overnight rate! First night, we were awakened at 4am while a domestic dispute (?) was worked through in the hallway outside our door, complete with police and fire department for over an hour. Second night we were again awakened at 4am, this time by a staff member cleaning the lobby floor with a power polisher while blasting music. Sleep will have to wait until we get home. Finally, attempts to work during the day were impossible because of the abysmal “free wifi”. Initial speed was slow, then we learned of the two device limit. So we decided to pay to “upgrade” for faster speed and additional device, and had to spend 20 minutes on the phone with the third party provider to get that in place. At which time the WiFi became even slower!!!! After another twenty minute phone call and no improvement, work had to be done elsewhere.When emails cannot even load, you can not call your wifi an amenity in this day and age. Deeply disappointed by this entire stay, and will find a different property next time we are in Greeley.

Totally fine mid-grade long-stay hotel. Definitely have the upcharges for everything! No breakfast, no check in early ($10/hr if early), bare minimum for what's in the room--charges for a coffee maker, etc. Bed mattress was well used.

Outside is full of dog poop. The walls were too thin and you could hear the people next door talking with ease. The bed frame felt cheap and moved a lot. You have to throw your own trash away which is fine but they also only clean the rooms biweekly.

One thing that maybe could have made it better is to have a swimming pool and hot tub and maybe an ice machine as well. Since there is a vending machine for drinks, most people would like to have ice with their drinks. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay and our room was nice and clean.

It was very spacious and clean and comfortable. However the people above me had a large dog that made noise constantly and this place has extremely thin walls. So if noise is a concern for you this is not the place.
