Upon arrival they could not find my reservation and blamed it on Hotels.com, finally I rebooked the room directly through them it was getting late. Interesting after all the aggravation and finger pointing it was the desk clerk logged in to the wrong system and he was the problem. An hour of my life I will never get back

Good Deal!

Very friendly check in and stylish and clean lobby. Hallway carpeting could use a good shampoo, but the room was clean and bed was comfy. The bath area is tiny and could use some hooks or bars for towels near the sink. This is a super quiet establishment, perhaps because the rule of quiet is clearly stated on a check in list. Much appreciated! We enjoyed the hot breakfast...beautiful red apples! I was hoping for a banana or orange, but still there was a nice selection at their buffet.

Basic hotel room

The room was clean. Walls are thin - can hear people talking in hallway. Lots of smokers (cigarettes and pot) in a dedicated smoking section that is right outside a door to the parking lot. Could smell it in our room. Decent continental breakfast included eggs (or potatoes - depending on the day), sausage, biscuits & gravy, bagels, toast, cereal, waffles. The person that checked us in was very friendly. Location was easy to get to.

Hotel J is always our go to place to stay when we are in green bay for events at the resch. We usually uber to the venue and back and this is a nice clean spot to rest our heads.
