The person running the desk was swamped but friendly and helpful, especially when we got to the room and realized it had not been cleaned. We changed rooms and got clean sheets, but the beds were uncomfortable and the room was old and the bathroom still not fully cleaned. I am quite sure I won’t stay in another Red Roof Inn ever after this visit.

This hotel is very convenient for visiting the casino. It is pet friendly, which was very helpful for us. I was impressed that the rooms were very clean and had a pleasant smell even though it is pet-friendly. The staff was also very friendly.

Attendants were nice. Hotel is a little dated but mostly clean and functioning. Found a shampoo bottle behind the bathroom door and a couple of black hairs in the bathtub, but otherwise room was pretty clean.

I am grateful to have had a place to sleep and shower but the rooms smell terrible. The first room we were put in smelled like an ashtray..(funny because I had to do a deposit and sign a form that I would be charged $200 if I smoked in the room.. I’m not a smoker.. But we told the front desk and they quickly put us in a “premium” room with a king and a desk… the desk was sticky and the room smelled terrible.. not like cigarettes but of musty, uncleanliness. I love staying in hotels for the extra clean feeling and clean smell.. unfortunately, Red Roof Inn did not measure up in that way. I recommend they level up on cleaning supplies and really make stays a memorable experience! It starts with the first impression of the room… SMELL and cleanliness! Other than this.. we appreciate having a place to stay!

The beds were hard ask a cement slab. The pull out sofa bed was filthy. The wall in one of the bedrooms looked like someone spit tobacco on it. Turned on the light and the ceiling fan came on and blew dirt and dust all over the bed.

The bed hurt both my and my wifes back to the extent we had to take ibuprofen for breakfast two days in a row. I would re name this property the'Brick bed inn'. I do like a firm matress,but,this was ridiculous.
