Great Girl's Getaway

The stream house was the perfect spot for our girl's trip. The house is well kept and spacious with plenty of comfy furniture to lounge and read on. It is fairly private while also being close to most things. The hosts responded quickly when we needed them and made for a hassle free trip.

Great home and very close to town

The house was great! There was so much space in each room and the living rooms. The deck and yard were also great with the hot tub and firepits. The Ubers into town were quick and easy. Would definitely stay again.

Easter meeting place

This house is so nice and was the perfect place for our family to meet up and celebrate Easter. It has to be our favorite rental yet. Very roomy, clean, and well stocked. The deck and yard are great! Loved the pool table! It is located very close to everything in the area. Would love to come back again!

Thanksgiving Gathering

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Stream House in Saratoga Springs. The house met the needs for our family and for cooking a full Thanksgiving feast. Really liked the wood fireplace and pool table. The host was especially helpful and ensured we enjoyed our visit.

Great spot close to downtown

We stayed at the Stream House for a bachelorette weekend. We had a lovely time and the place way clean and decorated adorably! The hottub and fireplace (both indoor and outdoor) made us feel right at home. It’s close to the downtown Saratoga springs but just far away enough to feel like a nice private getaway. The property manager was also very attentive. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Bachelorette Weekend!

What a great property! The house was nice and clean. The hottub was a real hit with our group and the outdoor space and deck is like no other! Hosts were very friendly and it was very easy to communicate with them. Would only recommend they update one bedroom photo to include the bunk beds! They were a great addition to this house for our group!

Great home - everything we needed

The communication with the owner was exceptional. We really enjoyed the location and the space to gather for dinner and to play games after the horse races. So relaxing and enjoyable! We would stay there again!

Review of stay

The house and location are great. We stayed during Saratoga races for 2 days this summer. The main thing that was quite disappointing was that the cleanliness and upkeep of the house was not up to our standards. Many things were not ready for us when we arrived including: house had a must cigarette smell, dirty hot tub, some of the sheets weren't properly cleaned, doorknobs and towel racks broken, no dish washing liquid. The pros are that the owners were exceptionally quick in responding to us and getting things fixed as fast as they could. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the hot tub during our quick 2 night stay. The other pros include that the house is spacious, the back porch is awesome and great for hanging out and grilling, and the yard is great. Also, we could bring our dog and the house was good for children as well.

The Stream House

This house is amazing! It easily accommodated 6 adults for the weekend. Plenty of room for entertaining. The beds and sitting areas were very comfortable. The house is very clean and modern. All the essentials needed are in the full kitchen. The huge deck was great for hanging out on and the sound of the stream in the backyard was peaceful. Great communication with the owners of the house. No issues at all. 10 minute drive to the race track and downtown area. Perfect house in a perfect location for a Saratoga getaway!

Great location and amenities!

This is a fantastic find in a wonderful location! The owner (Troy) and the local liaison (Caitlin) were both very friendly and helpful, and the property was a dream. The yard, the deck, the HOT TUB, the billiards table...it was perfect for a group of friends. And the location is just outside of downtown -- very easy to get an Uber to local bars and restaurants.

Christmas Trip

My wife, our 3 children (6, 8, 10) and my parents stayed for Christmas Eve and day so we could celebrate with other family in the area. We arrived during a bout of pretty bad weather, but the homeowners were communicative and helpful with what to expect. Tons of space, bedrooms were great, living room and kitchen had everything we needed and kids loved the pool table, even though dad and grandpa kept winning. Big deck and hot tub was an awesome bonus, but it was single digits with snow on the ground, so that was not heavily utilized, but i bet it’s beautiful in the warmer months. Overall one of best places we’ve rented, not a single complaint.
