Les restaurants du village, les magasins, NYC Hampton Jitney Express Bus et Shelter Island Ferry sont tous Ă  une courte promenade. Les fermes de produits frais, les vignobles, les collines et les champs entourent cet endroit trĂšs spĂ©cial pour rajeunir votre esprit et s'amuser. PĂȘche hors de la jetĂ©e, bain de soleil, baignade et observation des personnes sont disponibles en deux minutes Ă  pied. Orient State Park se trouve Ă  quelques kilomĂštres et offre Ă©galement aux amoureux de la nature une vue imprenable sur les oiseaux et les marais, ainsi que sur le Long Island Sound. This was far and away the best VRBO experience we’ve had. The second floor apartment we had was perfectly furnished and immaculate, with so many cozy and thoughtful touches. The house and yard are beautiful and the back yard, which is particularly lovely and has lots of seating, is available to be used. The house is located on a quiet,lovely, tree-lined street, within spitting distance of three beaches. Hosts John and Maritza were warm and welcoming, immediately making us feel at home. John gave a very thorough tour of our space, which was great because I immediately knew where everything we needed was located. Just can’t say enough good things about this home and John and Maritza! Wonderful stay!

Apartment was clean, spacious for 2 people, and well equipped. Location was perfect with a short walk to a town beach and about a 10-15 minute walk to the LIRR station and into the town of Greenport. Hosts were lovely and responsive. Would definitely recommend and also go back again next summer.

Maritza and John were very friendly hosts and we even met their lovely dog Sara! Central location to Greenport. You have access to the top floor of the house where it is both homely and inviting. Would stay here again

Wonderful stay

Maritza and John were such lovely hosts - they helped make sure we were comfortable, lent us beach chairs and an umbrella, had a beautiful and spacious VRBO. Would definitely return again next year!!

A little misleading

It was a lovely place to stay convenient location but the apartment is above the owners house in the same building. Essentially you are staying upstairs in these peoples home.

Wonderful!

We spent a wonderful 5 days in this beautiful home. John and Maritza are the most gracious hosts, offering recommendations and good cheer. The house is 1/2 block from the beach, or 1 block to the lagoon, which we also enjoyed. It is approximately a 15 minute walk or quick drive into town. The home is ideally situated. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, cookware and dishware; each bedroom has a sitting room/living room so there is plenty of privacy. Would love to return to this lovely home!

Stunning and amazing hosts

The location was close to everything. The space was perfect for 2 couples. It was clean, spacious, and just a wonderful place to stay. But above all the hosts were phenomenal and so accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we were doing okay and made us feel comfortable. My wife and the other couple who stayed with us agree this was a great space with wonderful hosts! I highly recommend!

Fantastic stay, close to all

We returned this summer for a short stay in Greenport, and this place was perfect. Walkable to town, one minute from the beach, and the apartment had every amenity we could think of. Maritza couldn’t be nicer or more welcoming. We hope to be back next year :)

Lovely hosts, amazing location!

Stayed with Maritza and John over Memorial Day weekend. They were super friendly and accommodating, met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the property and answered all questions. The property is located only a few doors down from the water and a 5-10 min walk or bikeride into the village. The property itself was lovely and had historical charm, but also everything we needed to enjoy ourselves (comfy beds, Washer/Dryer, beach chairs, coffee maker, Netflix!). Would highly recommend!

It was fantastic. The home was beautiful, the hosts were friendly, the location was great.

We loved the property. We came for Mother’s Day weekend with my 5 year old son and 70s- ish mother in law. Was very comfortable for all. We could walk my son to the playground and water in the morning in less than 5 minutes and then into town in about ten /15 minutes later in the day for ice cream, shopping etc. The hosts were lovely and helpful and the apartment was very cute, clean spacious and well taken care of. We plan to come back!

Charming

Our stay was wonderful. I only wish it was longer. Maritza is a wonderful host and the property is beautiful and spotless. The neighborhood is very quiet and has a beach at the end of the street. Its an easy walk into town down quiet treed streets with sidewalks. We will look forward to coming back to Greenport and this lovely property.

Everything from start to finish was terrific. John and Maritza are gracious personable hosts. Amazingly quiet. And I mean amazing. We were literally 2 blocks from the LIRR and you didn't hear peep. Sara Jane, the host beagle, was cute as a button. We recommend 5 stars.

NOFO getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time at Five Rooms on Fifth. The apartment had everything we needed (including a baby crib and high chair)! It was a short walk into town and an even shorter walk to the beach. Maritza and John were so welcoming. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved it here! The house is beautiful and Maritza and John could not have been more accomodating. Great location as it is quiet and only a short walk to the Shelter Island Ferry and shops/restaurants.
