Nice people and breakfast, pillows should be wash

I don’t think they washed their pillows because I can smell other people’s body odor in the pillows. Either that or they don’t clean the headboards. I’ve stayed there twice on two separate occasions and had the same experience with that. Also, the lights in the hallways are way too bright. Other than that, it is clean and the people at the front desk are nice.

Do not stay if you have an ESA. No where does it say that they don’t recognize ESAs unit you get to the property. Glad I purchased the travel insurance for this trip. The hotel website doesn’t even say anything about this issue either. I had to google it
