The Water pressure was very low, the bathroom needs to be remodeled. The room stay at 75 when the air was on high down to 64 degrees. The tub needed some TLC, just not a good look for a major brand hotel.

I was very happy with the staff front desk were excellent superb customer service espenight auditor Sonia. I was treated as a bother by the previous night fd woman, she was rude and lazy. I think the drink machines should be left on throughout the day but breakfast was great. Overall beside the black drunk Front Desk night lady I was pleased

Front desk staff was friendly, breakfast was good and beds were soft. Pillows were flat, room wasnt cleaned one night and the next night the towels were changed but that was it. So much noise outside the window that woke us up throughout the nights. Bathroom had a terrible layout and wasnt functional.

Unfortunately the Wingate did not meet our expectation of the quality & standard of cleanliness. It had an odor of pets, the bathtub had a very slow flow and was backing up. The very next day after my wife showering her feet in between my toes were itching really bad! She has never in her life experienced ATHLETES FOOT but I suspect that’s what this was as a result of her feet being in standing water. She was literally crying and I used rubbing alcohol on her feet. Because I am a diagnosed diabetic she would not allow me to shower in that tub and we had to bathe in the sink for the rest of our stay. Very disappointed.

Clean and comfortable

Clean comfortable stay in an older hotel. As long as you dont mind a few cracks and a little peeling paint,it was very comfortable, and we got a good night sleep. The morning breakfast was good, plenty of options even though i avoid gluten. The room was well furnished with more seating options than the average hotel. Id definitely stay again if im in the area.
