Front desk staff was helpful. The first room we were given had stains on the bedspread, peeling wall paint and shredded carpet and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. They immediately offered another room and that was fine. Breakfast was what you’d expect- not awful, not great.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff. Note in room with name of person who’d clean the room which read (paraphrased) “It was my pleasure to prepare your room for your stay,” signed by the staff member who had done the cleaning. After reading that, I walked around to the side of the bed and there, lying on the floor between the bed and the window, was part of a Dorito chip about the size of a quarter! Later when I pulled out the deck chair to sit in it, I discovered the seat to be full of crumbs…and whatever other miscellaneous debris had gathered there. Apparently she had only cleaned half the room. The bathroom, however was spotless. Otherwise I would have given a five star rating.

What a well run property !!! Friendly staff, CLEAN and comfy beds. Breakfast was great too. So much for the money. Will stop here next time I pass thru ! Maybe next time I will have the opportunity to test out the pool - looked awesome.

Front desk girl just took forever getting us our room and keys and asking too many questions for us literally sleeping there for 4-5 hours and leaving. It felt unnecessary because we’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and no other hotel we’ve stayed at has ever been like that. Definitely not a quick process. We got there around 5AM and left before 10AM.
