TV only worked on one channel...totally worthless. Wi-fi slow and spotty. Not a bad value for the low price, if you want nothing more than a clean bed and a hot shower.
Infested with bed bugs. Left immediately and notified the staff and they werenât surprised when we told them they had bed bugs. They simply said ok youâll get a full refund.
No one spoke a bit of English at checkin. He had to call and put on speaker phone. Then he tried running our credit card about 5-6 times and locked our credit card. Ended up using a different card. He couldn't figure out the machine. Room was sketchy. Queen beds were actually full beds.
I confirmed with expedia and gave my credit card, i arrived at midnight and was told they cancelled it with expedia in the morning. My reserved room was given away so i had to hit the road and find another motel in rural kansas after midnight
We were in town to attend Brown's Spring Fling Auction,and the Inn was next door to the auction house. Totally Convenient!! The Staff was very Friendly, Helpful and very Curtious ! We were even upgraded to a double room upon arrival. We will stay there. Again. Thank You to the Staff at the Greensburg Inn,Sincerely Rita Behrens
This is an older motel, was clean and comfortable. The person at check in was nice and did check in with us that the room was would work for our family.
I checked in at the front desk on time which they acknowledged. The price charged was more than the online price booked. Unfortunately they ran my card before telling me the price. I objected then showed my online info. They did credit my card the difference. I didnât understand their reason for this mistake.
