The cost shown was not the exact cost upon arrival. There was a very modest "hotel" fee added as well as a $100 deposit to be refunded once room was checked following departure. Therefore, the cost was not accurate.

Bad policy’s

Upon checking in I was required to pay $100 for security deposit with a $9 service fee. The security deposit is normal but the red flag was the service fee. For breakfast the hotel did not let us take the food back to our rooms when I have two small kids and one with autism. We had to remain in the lobby with the food but if it was outside food we could take it back to the room. Also at breakfast the hotel workers cleaned the breakfast waffle machine and juice machine with their bare hands without gloves and utensils during buffet times and this happened both days we were there. We leave the hotel at 2am because we somewhere to be in the morning in a different state and the night time hotel worker didn’t want to give me my deposit back because he said they don’t do returns before 9am I told him I’m not for here and he told me I had call at 9am to get it and they would mail it to me. But on the paper if I didn’t get it before 12pm I would forfeit the money. I called that same morning and the day time worker told me they don’t mail out deposits and she would have ask the manager about it. I called again five hours later and the same worker tells me the manager didn’t come in today and wouldn’t be able to get the money.

True comfort in the middle of it all!

Wherever I stay, i always spray and check the linen before anything. As i pulled back the comforter, ghere was hair on the pillow and sheets. Immediately, my partner contacted the front desk and our room was changed. No issues in replacement room other than someone opening the room door at 6:30am. It was just an overnight stay due to us not wanting to travel back home after the comedy show.

The hotel had a policy of not taking breakfast food back to the rooms. This policy is rediculous considering you have microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms and allow us to purchase food and bring it back to our rooms. This policy needs to change
