Everyone was pleasant and accommodating except for one night shift person. My husband went all the way to the front desk the first night because we did not have a shower curtain. The one we were given was moldy. Then to get additional towels we were told we had to bring them down and trade out ourselves. Not a big deal just time consuming. However when i went to make the trade. The lady working the desk comes out from the back with gloves on with an unpleasant look on her face. Did not speak to me, after I said I need new towels please. Just rolled her eyes l, huffed, and went to get towels. Finally the last night we were there. I slipped getting into the shower. I have a bruised and swollen ankle, knee, hip, and shoulder. There needs to be a grab bar or non slip in the tub.

Extra Stop at the end of a Vacation trip.

Very clean hotel with great customer friendly service. The location is right off the interstate with lots of "things to do" next to it such as Top Golf and an Entertainment center.

Sleepless in Greenville

The service was great. The place was really clean and comfortable. My only problem was there was no way to shut out the light at night and they need to insulate for sound. The folks above me began pacing around 3am and the folks next door coughed most of the night. There was a train whistle around 11pm and planes around 8 am.

Clean, convenient place to stay

Overall good, bed was not the most comfortable I’ve had, same with pillows, but still decent. Very clean. Love the convenience of kitchenette.

Convenient location within walking distance to a fun plex with bowling arcade billiards & dining. Right next to Top Golf too. The room was promoted as an efficiency with full kitchen. While there was indeed a full kitchen it was not stocked with anything we would expect to find. There were no dishes glasses coffee maker utensils pots pans etc. After we shopped for bare necessities we noticed a small sign indicating that those essential items were available for rent from the hotel. I have never experienced that during any efficiency stays before. That info should have been advised at check-in. The wi-fi was not great even after we paid a fee to upgrade. Everything was very clean and tne buildings was safe & secure with added safety measures preventing anyone without a room key card from entering the residence area from the lobby. Beds were pretty uncomfortable. Many dining & shopping options within a short drive.
