Really great property in every way except the fact it is two blocks from train tracks and the trains come through ALL NIGHT long and blow their whistles continually for several minutes at a time while they roll through. Woke me up 12-15 times throughout the night; barely got any sleep at all. So other than no sleep at all, it was great.

Our stay was for 5 nights. We were not aware that housekeeping is very limited for extended stays. They only empty garbage and leave clean towels. I stay in a hotel rather than private rental accommodation because of the little bit of pampering offered by someone making my bed up every morning. Disappointed when this was not offered. And the one staff member at the front desk was far from courteous when explaining. We were never rude and were shocked at the attitude in such a nice hotel.

We were here to see friends, so didn’t get to check out downtown area. But seemed like a nice area and very convenient to the Greer area! Nice breakfast options and place in the hotel.

Great exercise room, but equipment attachments for cable machines are missing or incomplete. Nice breakfast, but they started putting breakfast items away 15 minutes before closing time at 9:45am. Receptionist was helpful and friendly. Coffee at entry was available but cold, not tended. Nice location close to downtown and free cookies. Overall very nice.

Excellent stay as always!

We have stayed here several times and the hotel staff is always helpful and friendly, the hotel is always clean and it is convenient to downtown. We enjoy our stay each time and will keep returning.
